they are mole size, but not a mole. So i am not sure what can it be named as. i had 2-3 on my face and later i found them many on face and neck. How can i avoid and prevent this? Pls help! any skin specialist advices are very welcome.

You can't really prevent them
they come with age or if you are over weight
