You can go to a doctor and have it burnt off or froze off. My mom doesn't have a scar and she had hers burnt off. But that was a mole on her back. A plastic surgeon can work wonders for all areas though!

Its very easy, go see a doctor. They can just burn it off and its gone. very painless, and very quick.
