I found spots that look like moles that just appeared on my dog, what is it?

my frenchie has been in heat for about 3 days now, and she is wearing her underwear. Well I just saw on her lower belly some spots that I thought were blood stains. When I went to wash it off it won't come off. I then realized that it was actually on her skin. She has probably about 5 pen size spots and 2 little bigger and one that is just a littler smaller than a dime. They possibly look like moles. But its really weird that that popped up this fast. Please if anyone has any idea what this could possibly be, please respond! I am freaking out! We were at a Bark in the Park event a week ago, I there were dogs everywhere, I hope she didn't catch anything!! Please Help

Definetely call the vet..I dont think dogs can get moles that quickly...it may be some sort of fungus, especially if she is wearing underwear which can keep her skin damp, so I would have it checked out ASAP.
Reply:well if u actually had enough sense you would call the vet that would actually be the most knowledgeable instead of posting on a board where youll get 10 different answers, sheesh
Reply:Who knows what it's coming from, but 'Hot Spots' they are. Go see the vet within a week!!!!!
