I doubt it... I have had moles removed by dermatologists, that came back in weeks....the roots of a mole go DEEP into the skin. The 2 or 3 I have had Successfully removed, have left a scar, and sometimes I was given stitches to sew the cut back together...and one was found to be pre-cancerous. (Whatever that means) . I suggest learning to like them, or see a dermatologist. I believe the salicylic acid would not go deep enough, and would just cause irritation.

Reply:It doesn't work. My doctor says burning them off is the only way because usually they have a rich blood supply.
