Tanning bed bad for moles?
Keep a watchful eye on your moles for any changes in shape, size, or color, as this could be an indication of skin cancer or pre-cancer. It is a good idea to check with your doctor or a dermatologist for annual skin checks. Tanning does increase your risk for skin cancer. Have you considered using the self-tanning lotions or sprays? They are a great alternative and have a natural color - lots of varieties available, even for fair skin :)

Reply:Tanning beds are just bad for you. You question is a bit like asking if smoking is bad for your teeth!
Reply:A mole is a collection of pigmentation in the skin, and tanning is only accelerating this process in the skin. Especially if you are fair - skinned, don't make yourself a bed for cancer. There are plenty of self-tanning options that can give you the look you want without putting yourself in danger of cancer.

Also you should be proud to be have the skin color that you have and just try to be healthy - go for a natural glow.
