Red bumps (maybe blood-filled) on skin?

I have these small red bumps on different parts of my skin - one on the bridge of my nose and a few on my knuckles. They are not swollen and/or pus-filled. In fact, I have had them for years. They have never been painful until recently, but they only hurt if I itch or push on them. I'm not sure what they are, but I would like to get rid of them if I can.

I'm don't know if this is connected, but I got them around the same time that a few skin-colored bumps (almost like moles, but not sure) started growing. I have one on my forehead and one on my cheek. I thought they were pimples when I first got them, but they never went away. They are not painful, and I don't mind them so much because they are flesh-colored and aren't very noticable.

Thanks!!

It sounds like a hemangioma. Which is a bump that has a lot of blood flow going to it. Look it up on the net, so you can get a better idea of what im talking about. I would also make an appointment to see a dermatologist.
Reply:find a dermatologist and get an appointment!
Reply:it could be hives..
Reply:it may be a a type of staph infection i would get it checked staph can spread
Reply:Did you used sun block lotion and check up,like go to the doctor make sure it's not cancer skin or moles cause getting older lot of people have mole sometime is'nt normal or do. Don't push or keep play out of mole it's will infection,if you takes off moles. It' okay,I have moles and everybody have one not too much or less. Who know....Don't freak out what's heck that pimple or gross. Keep clean your face if you wear make-up,if you sleep with make-up..It's getting worse. Please make sure take care of your skin. Ok...Smile(=
