Apparently you can find specialistis that monitor your skin for changes in freckles and moles to make sure you don't develop skin cancer. What are they called and do you need a referal for your first visit?

I'm not sure if it is a brand name (probably is), but in my area (in Australia), there are a heap of clinics called 'Mole Scan' (and no referral needed)... but you can always check with your dermatologist, they should be able to point you ini the right direction.

In the USA you do not need a referal.
