Reply:Ewww. Depends on location of each. A mole on your nose would be worse than a skin tag on your toe. A skin tag on your eyelid would be worse than a mole on your scalp.

Reply:depends on how soon you find the skin tag. THey may bleed a lot, but if they are small...just rip them off. I would not do that with a mole.

Reply:I didn't know what a skin tag was so I looked it up. But now I know that I've had some tiny skin tags before! Gross! I've just been ripping those off any time I get them. They bleed, but whatever! Moles are worse because they're more permanent.
