Causes of bad skin problems?

my son has had jsut about every skin problem you can think of...





from the time he hit puberty he has had severe acne, blackheads, lots of moles, flaky skin, weird colorations and blemishes on the skin, oily scalp, warts, cysts, bald spots in his facial hair, etc, etc...





yet he had none of them when he was a child....








i just find all these things to be very suspicious....does he just have bad luck%26gt;%26gt;%26gt; or is there an internal cause of all these?? something isn't right on the inside which is causing this?? chemically?? hormonally???








i appreciate your opinions.....he has shattered self esteem...

Sorry to hear that your son has such bad skin problems.





Luckily there's a simple solution to all of them. One that's cheap and effective and doesn't involve any drugs.





To be honest I only have experience of acne, but research and common sense says that most skin problems have similar origins.

We have forgotten the simple truth that what's good for our health is also good for our skin. Once your son has fixed the underlaying health issues you can expect all the skin problems to vanish on their own.
Reply:Hey im a teen and i used 2 hav quite bad skin. the important thing is to cut out fatty foods. this includes chips, fries, chocolate and any other food that has fats. try this out for a month and if there is no improvement visit a doctor as some people just unforunately have bad skin and there is nothing you can do about it. about the bald patches and stuff, i don't hav a clue. u should go to someone who specalises in skin. Hopefully this can help. :)
Reply:The skin is porous and throws out toxins from the body. So it is verynecessary to maintain its health. For the care of the skin it is necessary to :





1. drink plenty of water (6 to 8 glasses), if possible health drink 3 to 4 times a day.





2. eat groundnuts, til (sesame) or any type of nuts especially in winter and plenty of seasonal vegetables and fruits.





3. have oil massage once a week or at least twice a month.





4. take sunbath early in the morning regularly.





5. practise Pranayam regularly.





6. avoid eating any one with any one


of the following : of the following :





pulses Milk(unwarmed up)


Garlic, Onion, Fish Buttermilk/curd or


Antibiotics Milk preparation


Citrus fruits





7. Drink daily 2 to 3 cups of green juice.





Apply waste of green juice paste adding in little turmeric powder, cream of milk and 21 Nos. of Neem leafs(paste it) on all affected parts, also on the face as face mask then take a blue light for 6 to 8 minutes on it and wash with water and observe the astonishing results in 15/20 days.





Your son is suffering from liver %26amp; gall bladder troubles, so, activate the Acupressure points Nos. 22 and 23 of gall bladder and liver if necessary three times a day.
