First, please don't answer by telling me to go see a doctor. I have no health insurance, so that isn't an option. Second, I have a mole that my mother tied off with thread for me. It's been on there almost 24 hours, isn't tender, and seems to be smaller. Never having gone this route before, I was curious to know others' experiences with this method. Mine is pigmented like a mole, but has more characteristics of a skintag. It gets in the way of bra straps and clothing at times and my only concern with it (other than cosmetic) is that it would tear off accidentally with changing of clothes or something. So I am interested in hearing from people how long this method takes and what I should expect. If I could equate its size to something, the only thing that comes to mind is a nerd...like the candy..but one of the larger ones. Thanks so much!
Has anyone removed a mole/skin tag by tying a string around it? What were the results?
My dad did, he has a little scar from it. And his skin tag is growing back..That's not the best thing to do. Maybe ask for people on here and they might give you some better options, and maybe get a health insurance. :)
Reply:I would sugg you one thing that is done in India to remove moles easily!Get a horse's hair(4m tail) %26amp; tie it around ur mole and keep tightening it daily %26amp; within a week without any pain and scar it gets off ur body and u may have clean skin.
Be patient and do it, then u may get rid of it forever! Report It
Reply:no
Reply:I don't want to scare you or something, but things like this can be very dangerous, moles that are scratched can lead to very bad stuff, in which cases a health insurance would be worth it. This rudimentary thing with the string is definitely not a good idea.
Reply:i dont know what part of the country you live in, but im here in houston. igo through american national health insurance. i pay 177 every 3 months.
