Help my face is being engulfed my Moles !!!?

I have alot of moles on my face and have been getting more as I get older. Its not cancer because its in my family. My grandmother has moles that stick out of her face. Most of mine are flat like freckles. I had one or two raised ones and picked them off. Can a dermatologist or skin spa remove the flat ones ?

Anyway, they basically spray it on your mole and in a few days it literally falls off. You derm. might not let you do it, and it's probably expensive. Some only remove cancerous moles.
Reply:I would definitely go to a dermatologist to get them removed. Don't try to do it yourself.
