I Have a flat black mole on my face any chance of skin damage with laser surgery need to know please?
Don't want to worry you but moles can't always be removed, as they can cause cancer (before you ask I'm a nurse)I've had a tiny one for about 25 years; being stupid I tried to cut it out myself. I've been stuck with what looks like a clump of blood blisters ever since.
Reply:With any surgery there is always the chance that something can go wrong. Laser surgery is no different. So, yes, there is a chance (although small) that you can suffer some skin damage from the procedure.
