Very small spots on skin which turn to brown after months.?

I am getting very small spots on skin which turn to brown after months. like a mole. what kind of deficiency this must be. pls advice.

could be freckles/sun spots, if you go out in sun too much and dont use any sunscreen, but get it checked by a good dermatologist ,he/she will be able to advice you properly.hope this helps
