i have what looks like an old age spot i'm only 23 its on the skin between my breast and arm pit, its darker and has a few little brown patches like faint moles in i'm so worried

First things first dont panic I think a visit to your GP may be a good idea. Any blemish like this that worries you is always best to get checked out. Has it only just appeared has it recently changed size or colour or become itchy is that why you have noticed it. Go armed with the answers to this to your doctors.
Two years ago I had 3 skin blemishes (moles) removed they were all ok and I was glad to be rid of them.
Just take yourself to your doctors and they can deal with them or send you to the skin specialist to have them done.
