actually its better to get it excised out. there is a risk for your mole to grow again with laser surgery. plus, excision is less risky. no radiation involved and its much cheaper. the surgery takes only less than 1 hour and its painless. its quite advisable for you to go to a certified clinic or hospital. once you have had it excised, you will get this small line of a scar over where your mole is. it will disappear in time, make sure you don't put any sort of make-up or moisturiser over it for at least 3 months after the surgery. prices for the removal of the mole depends on the size of the mole as well.

i should say that the most direct answer to your question should be, yes laser surgery may cause skin damage, especially when you go to one of those beauticians with no approval certificate. once theyve removed your mole, there is a huge chance, perhaps 70% chance that the skin will actually grow bigger and develop some kinda cyst-lookalike. might even get cancerous.

so yep. i think these are the only things i can think of right now... good luck n be very careful..
Reply:Consult a doctor. There's a procedure will they can burn it off with acid and that doesn't leave a mark. Good luck!
Reply:I think you should see a doctor for you to solve your problem
